Go BIGS, or go home.
We'd been working with Potbelly since it's inception, and were excited at the opportunity to launch it's first ever new sandwich extension including a name. And after rounds and rounds, we landed on something that spoke directly to their size. We went with, BIGS. We also had a lot of fun promoting them, and with an immediate 20% spike in sales, so did they.
The sandwiches were so big and satisfying, that they did to dinner, what a big breakfast does to lunch. So we decided to play off that and create ilovelinner.com and idigdunch.com where patrons could share fun content depending on which side of the fence they fell on. From ecards, to emails and invites, we made it even more enjoyable to share a sandwich with a friend.
